Having used GT Systems for a number of years now we can truly say we know them well.
Gehric is a great person who is capable of delivering both small and large infrastructure projects.
Having provided IT support services for nearly four years we moved premises.
During the move to a greenfield site, Gehric designed and installed a new network utilising fibre cable runs, alongside Cat 6 cabling supporting over 120 on site PC’s and Mac’s. He also installed a WiFi 6 network allowing a completely wireless solution for our visiting guests.
He has installed two Starlink systems at our remote sites, and organised a lease line from Virgin Media.
He also manages over 15 websites, including email through Microsoft365 and a direct mail server for us.
He is always willing to help and works around our business needs often carrying out work at unsocial hours allow us to continue operating with minimal impact.

I Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Gehric from GT Systems.   I don’t know how many of you use their services, but I can happily say that the monthly support package they offer is worth every penny!

I am useless when it comes to technical issues – Things just need to work for me, as I literally have no clue when things go wrong!   Since signing up with Gehric, no matter what the issue (and there have been a few with iPhone back up issues / laptops not re-booting and Wi-Fi issues)  he has sorted things out extremely quickly and efficiently. 

Without Gehric my business would suffer and I see him as an extension to my workforce now – I simply couldn’t do without him!

On Monday my charger cable burnt out. Desperate because I needed to have a laptop for working away this week, I rang you. I have recently had some PCs and a laptop reset to manufacturers settings so that they can be recycled in my new business. I had 2 laptops around 3 years old that were taking a long time to boot up and load times for opening programmes such at Teams was simply taking ages. I contacted Gehric and he suggested replacing the hard drives with new Solid State Drives. This upgrade would make a huge improvement in the speed and would save replacing the laptops all together. Gehric’s service was excellent as he picked up the laptops and returned them within a day. The laptops now run as quick and efficient as a brand new model costing £500 to £600.

I would recommend Gehric and his team for there personal and excellent service.
