I have recently had some PCs and a laptop reset to manufacturers settings so that they can be recycled in my new business. I spoke with Gehric as I had concerns about the life left on the machines and the cost of resetting versus replacing, Gehric talked me through my options, gave me advice on costs and carried out an excellent job.
I have also recommended Gehric to a friend of mine that is not very savvy with IT and she was thrilled to have purchased a laptop from Gehric. The laptop was ready to go, all she had to do was switch it on.

I had 2 laptops around 3 years old that were taking a long time to boot up and load times for opening programmes such at Teams was simply taking ages. I contacted Gehric and he suggested replacing the hard drives with new Solid State Drives. This upgrade would make a huge improvement in the speed and would save replacing the laptops all together. Gehric’s service was excellent as he picked up the laptops and returned them within a day. The laptops now run as quick and efficient as a brand new model costing £500 to £600.

I Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Gehric from GT Systems.   I don’t know how many of you use their services, but I can happily say that the monthly support package they offer is worth every penny!

I am useless when it comes to technical issues – Things just need to work for me, as I literally have no clue when things go wrong!   Since signing up with Gehric, no matter what the issue (and there have been a few with iPhone back up issues / laptops not re-booting and Wi-Fi issues)  he has sorted things out extremely quickly and efficiently. 

Without Gehric my business would suffer and I see him as an extension to my workforce now – I simply couldn’t do without him!

So, if anyone has any IT issues, which lets face it, we all do from time to time, give GT systems a call and engage their services – I promise you, you wont regret it and it’s really not expensive either!

On Monday my charger cable burnt out. Desperate because I needed to have a laptop for working away this week, I rang you. I asked if you had a spare cable to be told no but you did say you had a spare laptop. Within 2 hours you were in my office with the laptop and had installed software to enable me to access my files.
